Back Gibbs here at current prices, she is in better form having won Santa Fe last week and is far more consistent than Townsend who can play lights out tennis at times but is not consistent.
PLISKOVA (1.64) V AHN (2.28)
Pliskova has been in such poor form so far this season that she has to be a lay at her current price, Ahn reached the final at Santa Fe last week losing to Nicole Gibbs but has been playing well and the main fact here is Pliskova has always relied so heavily on her serve and current it is misfiring quite badly which makes her very vulnerable here.

VEKI (1.85) V KONTA (2.04)
Although Vekic is getting back to her best and finally looking like fulfilling her undoubted potential, I just favour Konta here in what should be a very tight match up. Konta leads the head to head 3-2 and on hard courts, it is tied 1-1. I am happy to back Konta at prices above 2.0
